DOCUMENT SIGNING PROCEDURE
Submit your closing request on our user friendly ordering page to schedule your loan. After scheduling the signing, an email confirmation will be sent to your office, in most cases in under an hour.
PSS will ensure the closer prints all documents correctly and arrives to the closing at the borrowers convenience
A spread sheet showing completion status will be emailed to your office each night.
We even have the ability to send an individual email PER file if you would like the loan officer to receive an email when their file has signed successfully.
We track the packages return and notify you of any obstacles.
